The Amazon Connector for Odoo is a commercially available module, installed in the seller's own Odoo environment, that keeps Amazon Seller Central and Odoo ERP in continuous, bidirectional sync. It is offered to Amazon Selling Partners as a self-service integration with implementation and support services.
Amazon Selling Partners who use Odoo ERP and want to manage Amazon orders, inventory, catalog, fulfillment, tax, and shipping from one system instead of switching between Seller Central and their back office.
The seller authorizes the application through Amazon's official SP-API OAuth (Login with Amazon) flow. Access is granted only with the seller's explicit consent, and only to the seller's own Amazon data. No data is retrieved from any non-Amazon or unauthorized source.
Amazon data is processed and stored inside the seller's own Odoo environment. Inwizards operates the connector as a software provider and does not resell, market, or repurpose Amazon data. See our Privacy Policy.

This application does not request the Brand Analytics or Professional Services roles, as it does not provide analytics products or field-service/appointment functionality.
The application produces tax-compliant documentation for Amazon orders directly inside Odoo.
For each imported Amazon order, the connector creates a matching Odoo customer invoice using the order's line items, prices, and the applicable fiscal position. Invoices are numbered, stored in Odoo Accounting, and can be issued to the buyer per marketplace requirements.
Tax is applied through Odoo fiscal positions and tax rules mapped to the destination marketplace — VAT for EU/UK, GST with HSN codes for India, and sales tax for the US. Multi-currency orders convert automatically; the correct rate is resolved from ship-to country and product tax category.
Amazon settlement and transaction data is reconciled in Odoo for accurate, filing-ready records. Marketplace-facilitated tax (collected and remitted by Amazon) is recorded distinctly from seller-liable tax to support correct remittance and reporting.
For seller-fulfilled (FBM) orders, the application manages the end-to-end shipping workflow.
Shipping labels for buyer-destination orders are generated from Odoo using the buyer's Amazon delivery address, and attached to the Odoo delivery order for dispatch.
Carriers are selected per order based on destination, service level, and the seller's configured shipping methods, so each order is routed to the appropriate delivery partner.
Tracking numbers and carrier details are recorded in Odoo and pushed back to Amazon to confirm shipment. Tracking status updates automatically via scheduler.
One Odoo instance can manage multiple Amazon marketplaces with region-specific tax and fulfillment configuration.
