Terms of Service
The plain-language terms that govern working with Inwizards Software Technology. Last updated: August 25, 2026.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Inwizards Software Technology ("Inwizards", "we", "us") provides software development, Odoo and ERP services, AI agent development and related consulting to business clients. These terms apply to your use of inwizards.com and, together with the applicable proposal or statement of work, to the services we deliver. By using this website or engaging us, you agree to them.
2. Proposals and statements of work govern engagements
Every engagement is defined by a written proposal or statement of work ("SOW") agreed before work begins — scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and support terms. If anything in an SOW conflicts with these terms, the SOW wins for that engagement. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they are built; we don't do surprise invoices, and we ask clients not to expect surprise features.
3. Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules and currencies are set out in the applicable SOW. Invoices are payable by the due date stated on them, and delivery milestones may pause while an invoice is materially overdue.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables we created specifically for you — the code, the configurations, the prompts, the agents. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, products, libraries, templates and general know-how, and we grant you the license needed to use them as part of your deliverables. Each party keeps its own name, logo and trademarks.
5. Confidentiality
Both sides keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the engagement. We sign NDAs on request, and confidentiality obligations survive after an engagement ends. Where our AI systems run inside your infrastructure, your data stays in your infrastructure — that is the point of how we build.
6. Warranties and disclaimers
We perform services with reasonable skill and care, and we fix defects in our deliverables as described in the applicable SOW. Beyond that, the website and services are provided without other warranties, express or implied — including any guarantee that software or this website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party platforms we work with (such as Odoo, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho or model providers) are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for changes those platforms make.
7. Limitation of liability
Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost data, lost business — arising from an engagement or from use of this website. Our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us under the applicable SOW. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for fraud.
8. Governing law
Contracts entered into with our UAE operation are governed by the laws of the DIFC / United Arab Emirates; contracts entered into with our India operation are governed by the laws of India — in each case as specified in the applicable SOW, which also states the courts or arbitration forum that apply. Where no SOW applies, use of this website is governed by the law stated for the office you deal with.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above tells you when. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not rewrite SOWs already in force. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
