Engagements start with a fixed-scope discovery phase. Inside the team that means clear briefs, realistic estimates and no moving goalposts halfway through a build.
Honest scoping
If something is the wrong tool for the job, we say so — to clients and to each other. Nobody here is paid to oversell, and nobody gets punished for saying "that won't work."
We maintain what we ship
Go-live is the middle of the job, not the end. You'll see your work run for years — and you'll be judged on how it runs, not on how the demo went.
