UAE e-invoicing cost for Odoo: pricing plans and calculator

The Inwizards connector sends FTA-compliant e-invoices from Odoo to your Accredited Service Provider (ASP) and brings the status back onto the invoice. Plans run from AED 49 to AED 349 a month, based on how many documents you send. No per-document charges, no licence fee, and a standard set-up is live in one to two working days. Prices exclude VAT; your ASP bills its own fees.

Four plans, priced by documents per month

One document is one e-invoice or e-credit note successfully sent from Odoo. Failed attempts and resends after a rejection are not counted again.

How documents are counted

  • One document = one e-invoice or e-credit note successfully sent from Odoo.
  • Failed attempts and resends after a rejection are not counted again.
  • Your plan follows your three-month average, so one busy month does not change your price.

Changing plans

  • Upgrade any time; the difference is pro-rated.
  • Move down a plan at renewal if your volume drops.
  • You receive a monthly usage report.

What UAE e-invoicing costs on Odoo, in total

For a company running Odoo, the cost of UAE e-invoicing has three parts. Only the middle one is ours.

1. Your ASP's fee

Billed directly by the Accredited Service Provider you appoint. Pricing models differ: some providers include e-invoicing in an accounting subscription, others charge by document volume. Check the published pricing of your provider and add it in the calculator.

2. The Odoo connector

AED 49 to AED 349 a month depending on how many documents you send, or ten months' price paid yearly. Covers the module, updates for FTA and PINT AE rule changes, and support. No per-invoice fees.

3. One-off readiness work

Installation is AED 399, free on annual prepay. Customer TRNs, emirate codes and tax mapping are your data: we check them during installation and quote any clean-up separately.

What the connector does

Your team keeps invoicing in Odoo exactly as today. The connector handles the hand-off to your ASP.

01

Odoo

Your team posts the invoice or credit note as usual.

→
02

Inwizards connector

Checks the mandatory fields (TRN, tax rate, buyer ID), converts the invoice to PINT AE and sends it to your ASP.

→
03

Your ASP

Validates the invoice, delivers it over Peppol to your customer's provider and reports it to the FTA.

→
04

Back in Odoo

The status and any rejection reason appear on the invoice, with a one-click resend after you correct it.

→

Built for Odoo

  • No change to how your team invoices
  • UAE VAT codes mapped to e-invoice tax categories

Fewer rejections

  • One-click resend after correction

Which provider

Ready now for Wafeq. Other accredited providers on request.

The connector is live today with Wafeq, one of the providers on the Ministry of Finance's accredited list. If your company has appointed a different ASP, we connect the connector to that provider's API; the timeline is confirmed at kick-off. The subscription price is the same either way.

What is included, and what is quoted separately

Everything needed to run the connector is in the plan. Only work specific to your business is quoted separately.

Included in every plan

  • Connector licence for one Odoo database
  • Standard installation and configuration (free on annual prepay)
  • Connection to your ASP using your ASP account details
  • UAE VAT tax mapping and sandbox testing before go-live
  • Standard fixes and general connector updates
  • Updates for FTA and PINT AE rule changes
  • Support as per your plan

Not included (quoted separately)

  • Accredited Service Provider fees, billed by your ASP
  • Changes to your Odoo workflows or custom invoice layouts
  • Bespoke configuration or third-party module conflicts
  • Data clean-up (customer TRNs, product tax codes)
  • Odoo version upgrades of your own database
  • Hosting and Odoo licence costs
  • Dedicated consulting outside the plan's support

Before go-live you need three things: an appointed ASP account, correct TRNs on your customer records, and UAE VAT taxes set up in Odoo. We check all three during installation.

From kick-off to live e-invoicing in one to two working days

The connector is ready-made, so a standard set-up is installation and testing, not development. A single company with clean customer data can be live on day one.

The timeline assumes your ASP account details and customer TRNs are available at kick-off, and applies to providers the connector already supports. We need Odoo admin access, your ASP account details and one person from finance for the walkthrough. Customisation, if ordered, is scheduled separately.

Why the connector is needed now

Once e-invoicing is mandatory for you, a PDF or emailed invoice no longer counts as a valid tax invoice for B2B sales. Odoo cannot connect to the national e-invoicing network on its own.

Questions buyers ask

UAE e-invoicing cost for Odoo: FAQ

Two monthly costs: your ASP's fee, billed by the ASP, and the Odoo connector at AED 49 to AED 349 a month depending on how many documents you send. A company sending about 100 invoices and credit notes a month is on the Growth plan: AED 79 a month, or AED 790 a year with annual prepay. Prices exclude VAT.

A small business sending up to 50 documents a month pays AED 490 a year for the connector with annual prepay, installation included, or AED 987 in the first year on monthly billing (AED 49 a month for twelve months plus AED 399 installation). Add your ASP's fee. Businesses under AED 50 million revenue must go live by 1 July 2027.

No released version of Odoo includes UAE e-invoicing; Odoo's own work is an unmerged draft for Odoo 19. Third-party modules are listed on the Odoo Apps store, usually tied to a single provider. The Inwizards connector is a subscription that includes installation help, updates for FTA and PINT AE rule changes, and support.

AED 49 a month for up to 50 documents (Starter), AED 79 for up to 300 (Growth), AED 149 for up to 1,000 (Business) and AED 349 for up to 5,000 (Enterprise). Annual prepay costs ten months' price for twelve months: AED 490, 790, 1,490 or 3,490 a year. Above 5,000 documents a month is quoted. Prices exclude VAT.

No. Each plan is a flat monthly price with no per-document charge and no separate licence fee. Standard installation is AED 399 one-time on monthly billing and free with annual prepay.

No. You contract with your Accredited Service Provider directly and it bills its own fees. Inwizards is an Odoo developer, not an Accredited Service Provider, and does not resell ASP services.

It is ready now for Wafeq. If your company has appointed a different accredited provider, we connect the connector to that provider's API on request; the timeline is confirmed at kick-off and the subscription price is the same.

Supported Odoo versions and editions are confirmed at kick-off, after we see your database. Tell us your version, edition and hosting type when you get in touch.

One to two working days for a standard set-up on a provider the connector already supports, provided your ASP account details and customer TRNs are ready at kick-off. A single company with clean customer data can be live on day one.

One e-invoice or e-credit note successfully sent from Odoo. Failed attempts and resends after a rejection are not counted again, and your plan follows your three-month average so one busy month does not change your price.

Six months on monthly billing and twelve months on annual prepay. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled with 30 days' notice. You can upgrade at any time, pro-rated, and move down a plan at renewal.

Prices are fixed for your term, and customers who sign before 31 January 2027 keep their plan price for 24 months.

Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026 and issue e-invoices from 1 January 2027. All other businesses appoint by 31 March 2027 and go live on 1 July 2027. Having no provider appointed carries a penalty of AED 5,000 per month.

Prices in AED, excluding VAT, as published on 20 October 2026. Deadlines and penalties are taken from the UAE Ministry of Finance's eInvoicing decisions as published at the time of writing; confirm current requirements with the Ministry and your tax adviser. Wafeq is a trademark of its owner; Inwizards is an independent Odoo developer and is not an Accredited Service Provider. This page is not legal or tax advice.
