Our Product — Restaurant Management & POS

OnlineeMenu — cloud restaurant management & POS

OnlineeMenu is Inwizards' own cloud restaurant management and point-of-sale product — digital menus, order flow and billing for restaurants, run as a live operation rather than a demo. Point of sale cannot go down at dinner rush, and operating it taught us a reliability discipline every project we build now inherits. Software that has to work, every service.

Operations software in live use — the kind of always-on workflow OnlineeMenu was built to run for restaurants

What OnlineeMenu does

The core of a restaurant's day — menu, orders, kitchen and billing — carried by one cloud platform.

01

Digital menus

The menu lives in the cloud — items, prices and availability updated in one place, without reprints, and shown consistently to every guest and every order taken.

02

Order flow

Orders are captured once and travel cleanly through the operation — no rewritten paper slips, no lost tickets, no arguing about what table six actually asked for.

03

Kitchen coordination

What the kitchen sees matches what the guest ordered, in the order it arrived — the coordination layer that keeps a busy service from turning into chaos.

04

Billing at rush hour

Bills come out fast and correct at the worst possible moment to be slow and wrong — the dinner rush, when a queue at the counter costs real money and goodwill.

Why We Built It

Restaurant software is unforgiving. That's exactly why we wanted to run it.

A restaurant doesn't get to pause service while software restarts. If the POS stumbles at 8pm on a Saturday, the damage is immediate and visible — orders stall, bills queue up, guests wait. Most software companies never feel that pressure directly. We chose to.

We built OnlineeMenu as our own product and ran it as a live operation. That meant owning the release that goes out mid-week, the support call during service, and the standard that "mostly works" is the same as "doesn't work" when the dining room is full.

TodayThe reliability standard for our builds

OnlineeMenu is one of three products Inwizards has shipped, alongside Go4WhatsUp and the Amazon Connector for Odoo.

What building it taught us

Operating can't-go-down software leaves habits that never wear off.

Uptime is a practice, not a promise

Running a POS through daily service taught us what reliability actually requires: careful releases, real monitoring, and the humility to assume things will fail at the busiest moment — then engineering so it doesn't matter when they do.

Support is part of the product

When a restaurant calls mid-service, "log a ticket" is not an answer. Owning the support line for our own product set the standard for how we support client systems today — stay around, respond like it's your dinner rush, fix the cause and not just the symptom.

The bridge to AI in operations

The AI agents we deploy today sit inside businesses' live operations — answering customers, working inside ERPs. The bar is the same one OnlineeMenu taught us: operational software either holds up under real load, every day, or it doesn't belong in production.
