Odoo Support & Maintenance Services
Odoo support and maintenance services from Inwizards keep a live Odoo running the way it did on go-live day — bug fixes, server maintenance, version upgrades, module updates, monitoring, backups and a help desk your users can actually reach. One monthly agreement, one team that already knows Odoo inside out, covering USA, Europe and GCC working hours. We support Odoo systems we built and systems we didn't.
What Odoo support and maintenance covers
Odoo support and maintenance is the ongoing work that keeps an Odoo ERP correct, fast and secure after implementation: fixing bugs and data issues, maintaining the server and database, applying security patches, updating custom modules when Odoo or a dependency changes, upgrading versions, monitoring performance, running backups, and answering user questions. Inwizards packages all of that as Odoo Managed Care — a monthly agreement with a named team, instead of ad-hoc hours when something breaks.
Who it is for
Companies already running Odoo — implemented by us or by someone else — that need it to keep working without an in-house Odoo developer: growing SMEs, distributors, manufacturers, e-commerce sellers and multi-company groups in the US, Europe and the Gulf.
How it starts
Every agreement begins with a system audit: modules, customizations, server, database size, integrations and open issues. You get a written findings list before you sign, so the plan fits the system you actually have.
How it runs
A ticket desk with a named lead engineer, agreed response times, a monthly maintenance window, and a monthly report of what was fixed, what was upgraded, and what we recommend next.
Everything included in Odoo Managed Care
Support, maintenance and improvement — the three layers a live Odoo needs.
Functional support (help desk)
Users raise tickets by email or portal; our engineers answer how-to questions, fix workflow problems, correct data, and configure settings in Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, Manufacturing, HR, POS and Website.
→Bug fixing & custom module maintenance
Errors in standard Odoo, third-party apps or your custom modules are diagnosed and fixed at source. Custom code is kept compatible when Odoo, Python or a library changes.
→Odoo server maintenance
OS and Odoo security patches, PostgreSQL tuning, log and disk management, worker and cron configuration, SSL renewal, uptime monitoring and alerting on your own server, VPS, cloud or Odoo.sh.
→Backups & recovery
Scheduled database and filestore backups, off-site copies, periodic restore tests and a documented recovery procedure — so a bad day is an hour lost, not a business.
→Performance monitoring
Slow views, heavy reports and long-running crons are found and fixed before users complain: query optimisation, indexing, caching, and load review as data grows.
→Version upgrades & migration
Planned upgrades between Odoo versions (Community and Enterprise), including custom module porting, data migration testing on a staging copy, and a rehearsed cut-over.
→Integrations & small enhancements
Keeping connectors alive — Amazon, Shopify, payment gateways, shipping carriers, banks, e-invoicing — and delivering small improvements from your backlog inside the monthly hours.
→AI inside support
Optional: AI agents that answer users' how-to questions from your own Odoo documentation, triage tickets, and let managers ask their Odoo data questions in plain language — built by the same team behind our Odoo MCP work.
→Odoo support plans
Three ways to buy the same team. Response times, monthly hours and the maintenance window are written into your agreement after the audit — we don't publish one-size numbers.

Why companies move their Odoo support to Inwizards
Fifteen years of building software, a deep Odoo practice, and products of our own that run on Odoo every day.
We run Odoo products, not just projects
The Amazon Connector for Odoo and the Vendor Central connector are Inwizards products maintained across Odoo versions. Keeping software alive through upgrades is our daily job, not an afterthought.
Three offices, your working day covered
Teams in the USA, UAE and India mean a ticket raised in Houston, Dubai or Berlin is picked up during your hours by engineers who work in Odoo all day.
Honest audit first
We tell you what is wrong with the system before you sign — including when the right answer is "leave it alone". No rip-and-replace pitch, no forced re-implementation.
How onboarding works
From first call to a supported system, without disrupting your users.
1. Discovery call
Your Odoo version, modules, hosting, integrations and current pain points, in 30 minutes.
2. System audit
Read-only access to a staging copy; we review code, database, server and security and write up findings.
3. Proposal & agreement
Plan, response times, hours and maintenance window in writing. You choose what to include.
4. Handover & go
Ticket desk opened, monitoring and backups configured, first maintenance window scheduled, users told how to reach us.
Odoo versions, editions and hosting we support
If it runs Odoo, we can maintain it.
Odoo support and maintenance — FAQ
Yes. Most support agreements we take on were implemented by someone else. We start with an audit of the code, database and server, document what we find, and take over from there. You keep all your existing customizations.
Support is reactive: users raise tickets, we answer questions and fix problems. Maintenance is proactive: server patches, backups, monitoring, performance tuning and version upgrades done on a schedule so problems do not happen. Odoo Managed Care includes both.
It depends on the Odoo version, number of modules and users, the depth of customization, hosting, and the response time you need. That is why we audit first and quote in writing rather than publish a flat price. The quote is a fixed monthly fee, with any extra development hours agreed in advance.
In the Enterprise plan, yes. In Essential and Growth, upgrades are quoted as a project: we port custom modules, test data migration on a staging copy, rehearse the cut-over and then upgrade production in an agreed window.
Both. Odoo server maintenance — operating system patches, PostgreSQL, workers, crons, SSL, disk and log management, monitoring, backups — is part of every plan on self-hosted, VPS, cloud and Odoo.sh deployments. On Odoo Online we provide functional support only, since the server is managed by Odoo.
Teams in the USA, UAE and India cover US, European and Gulf business hours. Coverage windows and response times are written into your agreement.
Yes. The same team builds AI agents on Odoo: an assistant that answers users' how-to questions from your documentation, ticket triage, and natural-language access to Odoo data through a custom MCP server. It can be added to any plan.
