If someone asks me to define IoT, then in simple terms my definition about the IoT will be like this…..
IoT which is called as the Internet of Things in full term is the new sky of the web and IT world where billions of technical gadgets and devices which are developed on the various technology platforms are blinking like shiny stars to make this sky more bright and alluring. These devices are working when they are connected to the web or internet. IoT has the power to turn a little pin into an airplane like a device, besides this, we can also assume that it is the new level or a higher version of digital intelligence.
IoT is not a small term as like its name is, its a very broad field that’s why I use the sky word because it’s not just limited to few things apart from billions of shiny stars like gadgets, in this sky few galaxies are also proving their presence. Such as Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Internet of Services (Ios), Consumer Internet of Things (CIoT), Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) and much more. These clearly indicate that there is also the involvement of several technologies like Block Chain, Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), etc.
How IoT affects our lives?
Internet of Things puts an incredible impact on our lives as it has the power to make fluent changes in our lives and the world as well. If we see the life form its 10 years back, we will come to know that how it differed as a comparison to the today’s lifestyle. In the present day, we can’t imagine a day without using any technical device. You will feel amazed knowing that in today’s lifestyle utter things depend on technology, although its an alarm watch, doorbell, traffic and sales detector, route checker, etc. So with the presence and interference of IoT, we can easily imagine that how human lives will be in the upcoming 10 years, and I must say that will be the time when IoT stands strongly with an unmovable foot in the IT world and it will grow unstoppable.
